We offer a competitive salary, wellness allowance, travel allowance, and housing allowance of up to 450 SEK/day. Additionally, you can take part in our summer bonus:

• 4 weeks = 15,000 SEK extra, in addition to regular salary
• 8 weeks = 30,000 SEK extra, in addition to regular salary

Who are we?

We are a wonderful and dedicated team within home care, LSS, and elderly care looking for licensed nurses for the summer when our regular staff takes well-deserved vacation.

Home Care: As a nurse in home care, you provide careful medical care directly in the patient's own home and are part of a multidisciplinary team. A team consists of a district nurse/nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, nursing assistant, home care staff, and doctor. It is divided into three different areas that geographically cover the entire island.

Elderly Care: As a nurse in elderly care, you work either in a dementia care facility or a regular elderly home. All facilities are staffed around the clock and are located in six different locations around the island: Fårösund, Slite, Bro, Klintehamn, Roma, and Visby.

LSS: In the care of people with disabilities, the job as a nurse is very independent and involves both acute and planned interventions. You consult with doctors at health centers and delegate certain medical tasks to nursing staff. You have a consultative role towards the nursing staff and support them in patient work.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you have an independent and varied assignment, regardless of the area. You plan, organize, and perform qualified medical care based on the user's needs, resources, and wishes.

Your role includes making assessments and prioritizations of health and medical interventions, delegating and guiding colleagues in nursing work, as well as providing advice to users, relatives, and staff. You collaborate with different professionals and healthcare providers and document according to current routines in Treserva and Take Care.

We are flexible and always strive to adapt to your wishes regarding the working period and schedule, and of course, you will receive a safe and well-thought-out introduction before you start.

Who are you?

You are a licensed nurse with a B driver's license. You may be newly graduated, have extensive experience, or somewhere in between. What is important to us is that you have a genuine commitment to people and want to contribute to safe, person-centered care. It is meritorious, but not a requirement, if you are a district nurse/specialist nurse in elderly care or psychiatric care.

As a person, we would like you to be flexible, positive, empathetic, and responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You also have good computer skills and are comfortable with the Swedish language, able to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
